Energy Performance Certificate

Service Description

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is an official report card that measures how energy-efficient a property is. Using a clear, colour-coded scale from A (highly efficient) to G (highly inefficient), the certificate gives buyers, tenants, and landlords an instant snapshot of how much a home will cost to heat, light, and power, alongside its overall environmental impact.

Valid for 10 years, an EPC is a legal requirement whenever a property is built, sold, or rented out. Beyond just a score, the description includes a practical, tailored checklist of recommended upgrades—such as adding loft insulation, swapping to double glazing, or installing solar panels—showing exactly how an owner can cut down their utility bills and boost the property's market value.
